Chinese Green Tea is a rich source of revitalising energy.
Different types of Chinese Green Tea are:
1. Snowy Mountain Jian tea has fairly long leaves.
2. Kai Hua Long Ding tea has thick and short leaves.
3. Gunpowder Chinese Green tea looks like small capsules.

How to prepare green tea?
1. To prepare one cup of Chinese Green Tea, take one teaspoon of green tea leaves for one cup of water.
2. Put the green tea leaves in a tea filter.
3. Heat the cup of water in a pot until it starts boiling.
4. Place the occupied tea filter over a vacant cup.
5. Pour hot water over the tea leaves and into the cup.
6. Soak the tea leaves for a couple of minutes.
7. Remove the tea filter from the cup.
8. Once the tea cools down its ready to be served.

The term 'Organic' means natural and free from any artificial contamination. In present era, Chinese Green Tea is also manufactured in an organic way. It is becoming more and more popular with the society. Chemical stimulants and insecticides have very detrimental effects on human life. People are moving towards the more natural forms of nutrition without any chemical interference. It is believed that organic green tea has a far richer flavour and is far healthier than the non-organic variants. It is extremely effective in relieving stress and tension in an effective manner. It also helps in reducing weight naturally.

Green tea is extremely beneficial for health but we should always avoid excessive consumption of Chinese Green Tea.
