How to prepare a hot cup of Tea

Have you had any morning without a cup of hot tea? Tea is soothing drink that revitalises our lives. It would be the worst day of my life if I didn’t drink any tea. I have become so addictive to this tropical hot drink that I at least drink it 3 times a day. Tea acts as my stress reliever. It helps me to concentrate on my tasks better. It just works for me and helps me to do my tasks more efficiently. Over the years, I have developed a solid taste for this drink. My tea is special because I prepare it in a special way with some special ingredients. Here’s how I prepare my cup of tea:

Let’s assume that you want to prepare 2 cups of tea. The first step is very crucial because it induces a strong flavour into your tea. Take a dry pan and add 1-2 sticks of cardamom or elaichi, 2-3 pieces of cloves, 2 pieces of cloves and some ginger. I love more ginger in my tea so I create a good amount of ginger paste. Heat your pan for 2-3 minutes so that all these ingredients blend properly and you get strong vapours coming out of this mixture with a distinctive smell.

Now take 2.5 mugs of water in your tea vessel and start heating it. Add this heated mixture to the water. Start boiling the water. After a minute add 2 teaspoons of Tea powder. Heat the vessel for 7 more minutes under a medium flame. By this time the flavours would have mixed perfectly. While you are boiling the water, also start boiling your milk. Boil it till the point that you can get the fat out completely.

Now, based on your preference, pour proper quantity of milk into your tea. Your dream cup of tea is ready for a sip. Enjoy your hot drink.
